Refunds
Because our products are considered perishable, all Sales made through Sarah's Herbal Garden LLC are considered final. We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered for any reason other than an item that is broken or lost during transit. This includes, but not limited to, a change of mind or accidental purchases.
Broken or damaged items upon arrival
Carefully inspect your purchased item immediately upon arrival. If your ordered items arrive damaged or broken, please contact our Customer Support team at sarahsherbalgarden@gmail.com within 1 week of receiving the order. Please provide photographic evidence clearly showing the damaged or broken items along with their packaging. A determination will be made case by case for the replacement of ordered items. If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit, we will offer you a replacement of the damaged item(s).
Non-Delivery and Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit and is not delivered to the shipping address provided during the ordering process, please contact us at sarahsherbalgarden@gmail.com. If the package is confirmed by our staff to indeed be lost, we will help file your claim with the postal carrier as all our products are insured.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and payment is made, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
Returns on sale items or gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
